After the empty can is conveyed to the filling position, compressed air enters the cylinder through a pneumatic three-part system, opening the filling valve. Under the action of the cam, the piston moves downward in the piston cylinder to fill. After filling, under the action of the cylinder, the filling valve automatically closes, and the piston cylinder sucks away the material. The filled can is then sent to the sealing machine for sealing via a synchronously running hook chain. When the support mechanism of the can sealing machine lifts the pallet, the pressure head presses the can lid, and two rollers, under the action of the cam, perform pre-sealing and sealing respectively. The sealed can is then sent to the conveyor belt by the unloading pulley.
